Please note that the copyrights to all the water crystal photographs that are presented in the books authored by Dr. Masaru Emoto belong to Office Masaru Emoto, LLC.. In recent years, we are delighted to be receiving many requests for the usage of the water crystal photographs by the people who have shown interest and resonated with the messages within these images. We would like to take this opportunity to show our gratitude.
In order to create a simple, comprehensive procedure for the renting of water crystal images, we have created the following application.

Amendments
· We do not give permission to use water crystal photographs on any website or homepage.
· If you would like to use the water crystal photograph in any way other than what is stated in the Agreement, please contact copyright2@hado.com
(Please note that it may take a few days to a week for a reply)
· We do provide other water crystal photographs that are not included the list below for a fee. You will be required to fill out another application form separate from this one, so please contact copyright2@hado.com .
After signing and faxing the Agreement form:
Please display the common identification number of ome99999B222 with the water crystal photographs that you will be using from the list below when using it on prints (e.g. books, magazines, newsletters, seminar slides)
