The Third Hado Instructional School
The 3rd Hado Instructor School that was conducted in Hilo, Hawaii from Feb. 13th to 17th.

A beautiful rainbow welcomed our staff and instructors from Japan when they flew in to Honolulu.
We had 32 participants this time, 7 from Japan, 18 from the US, 3 from Australia, and one each from Switzerland, South Africa, Brazil, and India. So now, we have 92 Hado instructors in total. They represent 12 countries, including Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and China (Hong Kong). We are becoming quite an international bunch.
Please see the pictures below to get an idea of the event. I was moved throughout the seminar this time since I am realizing that what I am hoping for is starting to take its shape. And what I'm hoping for is the following:

at the Hado instructor school

Zazen meditation lead by Rev. Matsumura

seminar by Rev. Matsumura

seminar about the advancement of water research in Europe by Rasmus from Liechtenstein laboratory.

seminar on Koshintoism by Mr. Sato from Heiwadojo, Heitate shrine

seminar by our special guest, Dr. Horowitz

on my left is Ikuyo Koinuma from San Francisco, she is a Hado Instructor from the first school
She had gone to visit Africa recently and brought me back the t-shirt that I was wearing in this picture. Since I knew ASANTE SANA, written on the t-shirt meant thank you in Swahili, I told her so. She was very surprised to hear this and said "nobody I knew knew the meaning to this word. How do you know this?"
"We have had that word as one of our thank you water crystals before." I answered.
Then, Tumaini, one of the students came over and said "that is the language of my husband's country." Little things like that make me realize how international we are and give me great hope.

We had Japanese tea during the break

Mr. Hazaka's exciting seminar

On the right is Bree, one of the instructors from the first school
She was the one that voluntarily cooked breakfast, lunch, and for the dinner at the party with the help of Bryan and other people. She saw the lack of service the hotel was providing due to the sudden change in its management that she took the initiative to do what she can do. Because of her, we were able to enjoy delicious home cooked food as our hearts converged to one. The MVP for this Hado Instructor school goes to you Bree. Thank you!

The last hour and a half was for Q&A to all the lecturers

We finished everything off with a chanting of the Grand Invocation to pray for peace
Now that the technology of internet is available, we are now able to present and receive real information. I welcome this fact since this can be the way to let light in to our humanity. This is because information is energy and it has to be traded freely.
The information up until now tends to be created and controlled by the powerful for their advantage. This in consequence have created environmental deterioration, low human characteristics, increase number of terrorism, and the bigger gap between the have and have-nots. This overall imbalance in energy has been creating natural disasters such as earthquake, hurricane, global warming, and many more to our future.
However, once information can freely be exchanged, there may be more evil forces that are conspiring to use this to their advantage.
Thus, even if there are new advancements in technology, the important thing is the balance of people that ware utilizing this technology. In another words, it is the balance between the numbers of angels vs. devils.
Dr. Higa who is famous for his EM technology, have once taught me that the 10% of bacteria is negative, 10% of bacteria is positive, and the rest of the 80% is opportunitists. Therefore, if there's even 1% more of negative bacteria in ourselves, the rest of the 80% will turn negative and we can end up with a grave illness.
Because I believe in the law of similarity, I believe that this can be applied to the human society as well. So, if we can assure that the 10% of our world population is angel like, we can bring about peace full of love and gratitude.
The currently world population is about 6.5 billion. That 10% is 650 million. This is at the base of the reason why I have declared to create 650 million copies of children's version of Message from Water at the United Nation last May 26th. We have printed 10,000 copies of sample version and are passing them along in the world currently. In ten years, I am hoping that we will have more angels than devils on this earth.
And the Hado Instructors are the number one supporters and friends that will work together in realizing this goal. I am hoping for 6500 instructors in total, the calculation of one to 1,000.000 people.
So the number one year of the ten years plan to bring peace had started off very well. I am looking forward to the rest of the exciting journey.
Of course, what I ask of the Hado Instructors are not only to help distribute the children's books. We are looking for people like below to work together with us. We are planning on our next Hado Instructor school from June 13th to 18th in New Jeasy.
We are looking at fifty people capacity this time but in order to plan in ahead, we are accepting application even at this moment. Please contact the following for more information:
hiromasa@hado.com
With the premise that this is solely for those that would like to contribute something to the world peace, we are looking at:
1. One that will spread the idea about HADO through the images of water crystals and its ideas to the people around the world.
2. One that will support the WPWP, the project to provide 650 million copies of children's version of Message from Water to the children in the world. (Coordination of publishing, distribution, sponsorship, and donation per different countries).
3. One that is looking for network and community to share your HADO techniques, and thoughts (including all existing healing practices.) that you already possesses.
4. One that is in research of free energy technology and is looking for a place to conduct that type of research with like minded people.
5. One that has the ability to become a coordinator for adoption of HADO technology to different industries.
6. One that would like to spend time researching about water in a professional setting.
7. One that is in need of networks and test market for spreading the idea of what the society may call metaphysical subjects.
8. One that is seeking a new career using Hado ideas.
9. One that is currently in publishing and editing industry and would like to create members' magazine for Hado membership, or any other publishing activities.
10. One that is hoping to introduce one's own Hado products.
11. One that is purely curious about what HADO is all about.
12. One that is hoping to add Hado-ish technology and philosophy to one's own organization.
13. Any others that are hoping for the world peace and would like to do something for that purpose.
With love and thanks from Masaru Emoto
